1. Getting to Know You: Shane's succeeds in a competitive marketplace by combining client visions with our applied expertise, craftsmanship and attention to detail. Before breaking ground, we spend time meeting with you and developing a sound understanding of your property objectives and budget parameters. We prefer to consult on-site-so we can see and discuss the area to be landscaped. During our initial appointment, we'll discuss your needs, desires, focal points (swimming pool, fire pit, deck, outdoor kitchen, etc.) and requested plant materials. Rest assured-we won't begin designing until we're sure that we understand your goals, timeline and expectations.
2. Creative Process: Before we begin crafting your outdoor space, we take detailed photos of your property and request a copy of your home's plot plan. After sketching your landscape plan and labeling the planting approach for your project, we often create a digital, 3-D rendering of your site-so you can view the finished landscape from many dimensions, as if you're already there.
After submitting our plan and detailed estimate for your review, we implement necessary changes and finalize all drawings, renderings and cost proposals. This final planning stage is designed to present you with a detailed visual and financial picture-to ensure that we're on the same page. Once the plan is finalized and agreed upon, you'll sign the proposal-and the project is placed on our schedule for prompt completion. You're one step closer to your dreamscape!
3. The Big Finish: After breaking ground-we get in and get it done. Our professional landscape crews work precisely and efficiently, finalizing your project on time-and cleaning up after ourselves. Before you know it, we'll place the completed space in your hands-so you can take full advantage of your outdoor sanctuary.
